OorjaCredit & Rewards Policy

OorjaCredit is our in-store credit system used for approved returns, cancellations, and reward or cashback programs run from time to time.

1. What is OorjaCredit?

OorjaCredit is a non-monetary credit issued to your account, redeemable towards future purchases on oorjahouse.com. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, and cannot be transferred to another person or account.

2. How OorjaCredit is Issued

  • Approved returns (as described in our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy).
  • Successfully cancelled prepaid orders.
  • Promotional cashback or reward campaigns announced on our website or social channels.
  • Goodwill gestures at our discretion.

3. Using OorjaCredit

OorjaCredit can be applied at checkout towards your order total. If your order value exceeds your available credit, the remaining balance must be paid via any supported payment method. OorjaCredit cannot usually be combined with other discount codes, unless explicitly stated during a specific campaign.

4. Validity

Unless stated otherwise during a specific campaign, OorjaCredit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. We will attempt to notify you before expiry via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, but it remains your responsibility to track and use your credit before it lapses.

5. Cashback Campaigns

From time to time, we may run cashback offers where a percentage or fixed amount of your order value is credited as OorjaCredit after successful delivery. Specific terms (minimum order value, maximum cashback, eligible products) for each campaign will be published alongside the offer and will govern that campaign, in addition to this policy.

6. Forfeiture

If an order paid for using OorjaCredit is later cancelled or returned, the used credit is reinstated to your account. Cashback-issued credit is forfeited if the original order that earned it is returned, replaced, or refunded. We reserve the right to revoke OorjaCredit found to be issued or used fraudulently, or in violation of this policy.

7. Changes to This Program

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the OorjaCredit and cashback program, or any part of these terms, at any time. Continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
