By accessing this Site or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Shipping Policy, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Siddh (Energized) Policy, OorjaCredit & Rewards Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or transacting under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order on this Site.

2. Product Descriptions and Natural Variation

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colour, size, and material, as accurately as possible. As our range includes natural crystals, gemstones and Rudraksha, and as our catalogue is continually updated with new products, slight variation between the product received and the images shown is expected and does not constitute a misrepresentation or breach of these Terms.

3. Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, discontinue any product, or cancel an order affected by such an error, at any time and without liability to you, in which case any amount paid will be refunded as OorjaCredit or to the original payment method at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept payment via UPI, cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery, subject to our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where fraud, misuse, or abuse of our policies (including repeated returns, cancellations, or COD refusals) is suspected.

5. Siddh (Energized) Service

Where opted into, Siddh Energization is carried out as described in our Siddh (Energized) Policy. This is a traditional, belief-based service, and no specific outcome, result, or benefit is promised or guaranteed by OorjaHouse.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, product photography, graphics, and the OorjaHouse name and logo — is our property or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are sold as lifestyle, wellness and spiritual accessories. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OorjaHouse, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use, wear, or belief associated with our products, including any outcomes attributed to Siddh Energization. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

8. Misuse of Policies

We reserve the right to deny return, replacement, refund, OorjaCredit, or future order privileges (including COD) to any customer found to be misusing, abusing, or acting fraudulently under these Terms or our other policies, including but not limited to submitting false damage claims, providing edited or incomplete unboxing videos, or sending back an item different from the one delivered.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OorjaHouse, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
